In the weeks following the devastation of Hurricane Helene, many things are "back to normal," yet there is so much that is still unsettled. It's a strange feeling to know that your home and family are okay, but so many remain without homes, jobs, or even loved ones. We help wherever we can and, of course, share things on social media about available housing, business assistance, and more. We do what we can. That's the point. This storm saw the compassion of the human spirit rise to levels unseen for years. It was reassuring and a reminder to us all that what we prioritize in life matters. Things can be gone in an instant, and today, I'm grateful for all that I have and that I can give.
