take time to work on your business and not just in your business

COURSES

If you're like many of the business owners I work with, you feel like you're spinning plates most days. You're doing all the latest marketing tips and tricks, you just can't seem to find people-or the right people-to hire, and your work life feels like the movie Groundhog Day-on repeat.

Sometimes all you need is a reset. Taking time to work ON your business instead of IN your business will not only motivate you but it can also reenergize your passions and your business.

I've developed courses for businesses aimed at reigniting your passion and creativity around your business. These courses, through a series of questions and exercises, are based on the Entrepreneurial Operating System and Cheryl Bechelder's Servant Leadership Program outlined in her book, Dare to Serve.

Having been through both of these programs and having worked with multiple businesses for the past nine years, I wanted to begin focusing on foundational and branding work. When you get these two things right in your business, they address all other issues. The identity of your business informs how you market and to whom, how you create culture and keep and attract customers, and how you grow your company.

As an entrepreneur, you are a visionary. These courses help you and your team tap into that ingenuity, spark the imagination, and provide the tools to create capacity and sustainable growth.

WHAT CLIENTS ARE SAYING

  • Two women, one with curly hair and glasses and one wearing a hijab, are sitting at a table with a laptop. They are smiling and looking at the laptop, with the woman with glasses leaning over the seated woman. They are in a cozy indoor space with brick walls and large windows, and sunlight is streaming in from outside.

    Aaliyah, Healthcare Industry

I really appreciated the individual sessions, it gave me a chance to speak about my personal struggles and successes in the profession. It also helped me be more proactive in thinking of reasonable solutions to work issues.

  • A man giving a presentation to a group of people in a modern, spacious office or conference room with brick walls, large windows, and wooden ceilings. The man is standing next to a large monitor displaying a slide titled 'Proof ALL HANDS 4/24/2019' and is holding a wireless microphone.

    Jennifer, Small Business Owner

Tina challenged us and got us thinking as a team. We were able to identify and think about what needed to be fixed. She also gave us the tools to apply to get that done.

  • A group of people sitting in a classroom or conference room attending a presentation. A man is standing at the front near a screen displaying a presentation titled 'Las Vegas Startups and Small Businesses'. The room has large windows with shutters, and the audience appears engaged, some taking notes or using laptops.

    Whitney, Office Manager

After working with Tina I'm more able to find the good in hard situations and am more comfortable with asking for help.

  • Living room with large glass windows showing the sunset outdoors, a teal sofa with orange pillows, a wooden coffee table with a glass, phone and remote, a desk with a chair, and framed artwork on the blue wall.

Aimee Smith, CEO, Community Companion Home Care, LLC

I think you were amazing! If anyone is considering a coaching program, I would say do it. Jump in and get your feet wet. Keep an open minded make yourself available to receive the good, the bad, and the ugly.

STOP SPINNING PLATES!

I work with owners of small to medium sized businesses who feel like the work never stops and yet the needle never moves! They want to grow their business but can’t stop long enough to make a plan.

You are tired of being the greeter, accountant, and the bathroom scrubber, and missing out on family moments. You are tired of jumping through hoops to stay on the latest marketing trend while struggling to keep employees and improve the productivity of the ones you have.

My programs help you take control of your business (and your life) by implementing core values, systems, and strategies that are time-tested and proven to positively impact all areas of your business from Human Resources to Marketing.
